I spent more than 25 years leading technology organizations, most recently as a CIO. I know the view from the top seat, and what it takes to get there.

Some of the work I found most meaningful was helping people figure out what they were capable of. I especially understand leaders who are growing beyond their technical roots and stepping into their identity as leaders, because I’ve been one.
